This versatile pole can be set to fixed/stationary, or a revolving/spinning position! You only need to tighten or release the bottom lock screws. Use the spinning mode when starting out, and progress to the fixed mode for a better, more intense workout.
Industry standard size 45mm diameter pole. The length can be adjusted from 223 cm to 274 cm. (please measure your ceiling before ordering as some Aussie ceilings are higher than this!)

The 45mm diameter pole is the medium size. It is easier to wrap your hands around compared to the maximum industry size of 50mm, and offers more control than a 38mm pole as you can wrap more of your hand around it for a better grip.
